Reports can be compiled in conjunction with CompliancyCo.’s Building Inspection or Building Defect Reports, or to complement any existing consultant’s report.

The expert team conduct their own site visits, examining internal and external areas as required, to determine the exact cost and method of work needed.

All inspectors are experienced and qualified engineers, builders, building surveyors and thermology specialists, which means you are getting highly qualified professionals that are well versed in the construction code, relevant building regulations, current acts and costs of works.

During site visits, inspectors take measurements of affected areas, as this information is not typically mentioned in the building defects report, however, it is critical in providing accurate costings.
Measurements are marked on plans of subdivision and building floorplans and are submitted as part of the Detailed Costings Reports.

Reports are easy to read, with full colour photos and embedded videos to reference each defect that has been estimated.
